The Andersen Residence is a spectacular oceanfront property located in the tropical paradise of Kauai, Hawaii. This modern style 4 bedroom home is designed around a central atrium access way and glass exterior curtain wall to maximize natural sunlight and breathtaking views, and radiates upwardly to a full level roof deck garden for open sky lounging. The roof deck features a 765 square foot ecoroof with native sedum and perennial wildflowers, a photovoltaic solar panel system to generate onsite electricity, locally harvested Acacia wood decking, and corten steel raised planters.
A private colonnade poolside patio garden below features a 425 square foot swimming pool and hot tub, exterior kitchen BBQ island, basalt stone firepit with LED lighting, lush native plantings, and direct access extending out to the picturesque Kauai beachfront.
